Affiliate Program Terms

By joining the Kismana affiliate program you ("Affiliate", "you") agree to these terms with Kismana ("we", "us"). Joining happens through our program portal (powered by Affonso); these terms apply to every link, coupon code, and post.

1. What you earn

• Commission: a flat $10 for every qualifying sale attributed to you — any reading, any price.
• Qualifying sale = an order with a net amount (what the customer actually paid, after discounts, excluding tax) of $15 or more. Orders below that — including fully-discounted $0 orders — earn no commission. (This exists so deep discount codes can't be farmed; on normal sales you always get the $10.)
• Attribution: 30-day, last-click, via your tracking link or your personal coupon code. If a customer uses another affiliate's code after clicking your link, the code wins.
• Hold period: 30 days. Commissions stay pending until our refund window closes, then become payable.
• Payouts: monthly, minimum balance $50 (below that, it rolls over), via PayPal or Wise.
• Clawbacks: refunded, charged-back, cancelled, or fraudulent orders reverse the commission. Reversals after payout are deducted from your next payout. Orders that fall below the qualifying threshold after a partial refund are reversed in full.

2. Disclosure — required by law, not by us

You have a "material connection" to Kismana (commissions, and usually a free reading). U.S. FTC rules — which apply to any post that reaches U.S. consumers, wherever you live — require you to disclose it clearly, in the content itself:

• Say it where people will actually see it: in the video or image, near the start — not only in your bio, not after "…more", not buried in hashtags.
• Acceptable wording: "ad", "sponsored", "I earn a commission from purchases", "Thanks to Kismana for the free reading". Not acceptable: "sp", "spon", "collab", or "ambassador" alone.
• Next to links, use "Paid link" — "affiliate link" alone is not sufficient.
• TikTok/Reels: superimpose the disclosure as on-screen text, not caption small-print. Stories: text over the image on the story itself. Livestreams: repeat it periodically.
• Posts without proper disclosure may have their commissions voided and can end your participation. (Regulators fine per post — we take this seriously so neither of us gets that letter.)

3. What you can and cannot say (claims policy)

Kismana computes readings deterministically from birth data. It is sold for reflection, not prediction — and your content must stay on that line.

You may say:it's computed, not guessed · the same birth data always gives the same reading · it reads eerily accurate · it maps strengths, friction, compatibility ease · there's a free mini reading / harmony score · your genuine reaction and experience.

You may never say or imply:it predicts the future or life outcomes · it finds/confirms soulmates or says whether a relationship will last · anything medical, mental-health, fertility, pregnancy, or child-development related · financial advice or wealth outcomes · that a low score means someone should break up, or that a baby reading defines who a child will be · testimonial result claims presented as typical, or anything you don't genuinely believe.

If a claim wouldn't survive the sentence "Kismana computed my chart and here's what it showed me," don't make it. We may ask you to edit or remove non-compliant content; repeated violations end the partnership with pending commissions forfeited.

4. Prohibited methods

• No self-purchases or purchases on behalf of friends/family to harvest commissions; no stacking your own code with promotional discounts to farm payouts. These void the commission and usually the account.
• No bidding on "Kismana" or misspellings in paid search, and no ads that impersonate Kismana or link directly to kismana.com from paid placements without written approval.
• No spam: unsolicited email/DM/SMS blasts, comment spam, forum drops against community rules.
• No link cloaking or misleading redirects; no cookie stuffing; no iframes or forced clicks; no incentivized traffic ("click my link for a prize") without written approval.
• No trademark/brand-jacking, no coupon-site mass listing of your personal code. Your code is for your audience.
• No AI-generated fake testimonials or fabricated screenshots of readings.

5. Brand basics

• Kismana is never described as an "AI reading" or an astrology-app horoscope. It's a computed reading from BaZi, numerology, and the Destiny Matrix.
• Don't alter the logo or brand assets beyond resizing; assets we provide are licensed for promoting Kismana only.

6. The rest

• We may change commission rates or these terms with 30 days' notice; changes never apply retroactively to already-pending commissions.
• Either side can end participation anytime; we may terminate immediately for fraud or repeated compliance violations (pending commissions forfeited in fraud cases; otherwise paid out per the normal schedule).
• You're an independent promoter, not our employee or agent; you're responsible for your own taxes (we collect W-8/W-9 via the payout platform).
• Disputes about a specific clawback: raise within 14 days of the reversal and we'll review it with you.
