Refund Policy

Every Kismana Product is a one-time purchase of a personalized digital document, generated specifically from the birth data you provide. Because a generated report can't be “returned”, our policy works like this:
Before your report is generated
If you've paid but not yet generated the report (you haven't submitted the details on your order page), you can request a full refund within 14 days of purchase, no questions asked. Email [email protected] with your order email.
After your report is generated
Once a report has been generated for you, the personalized work has been delivered, and purchases are generally not refundable on change of mind. We will, however, always refund or regenerate (your choice) if something is genuinely wrong on our side, for example: the report failed to generate or is materially incomplete; a technical fault produced a defective document; or you were charged more than once for the same order.
Wrong birth data
If you entered incorrect birth details, contact us — we'll regenerate the affected report with the corrected data free of charge, once per order. (The reading is deterministic, so correct inputs matter; this is usually what people actually want instead of a refund.)
How refunds are processed
Payments made through Paddle(our merchant of record) are refunded by Paddle to your original payment method, normally within 5–10 business days of approval; Paddle's Buyer Terms also apply. Manual bank-transfer purchases are refunded by transfer.
Your statutory rights
Nothing in this policy limits rights you have under mandatory consumer law in your country (including EU/UK digital-content rules). If the law where you live gives you more, you get more.
