1. Who we are and what these terms cover

These terms govern your use of kismana.com (the “Site”) and the digital readings and reports sold on it (the “Products”), operated by Kismana(“we”, “us”). By using the Site or buying a Product you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.

2. What the Products are — and are not

Kismana Products are personalized digital documents computed deterministically from the birth data you provide, using three traditional frameworks (BaZi / Four Pillars, Pythagorean numerology, and the Destiny Matrix) and rendered into narrative form. They are sold as material for self-reflection and entertainment.

The Products are not — and must never be treated as — medical, psychological, legal, financial, or professional advice of any kind; a prediction or guarantee of any future event or outcome; or a basis for decisions about health, employment, hiring, lending, insurance, or any consequential matter. You remain fully responsible for your decisions.

3. Purchases, payment, and delivery

Payments are processed by Paddle, our merchant of record, or by manual bank transfer where offered. Where Paddle processes your purchase, Paddle's Buyer Terms also apply. All Products are one-time purchases — no subscriptions, no recurring charges. Products are delivered digitally: your report is generated after purchase (typically within minutes of submitting the required details) and remains available in your account, including as a PDF where offered.

4. Your inputs and other people's data

You confirm that the information you enter is accurate to the best of your knowledge, and that where you enter another person's birth data (compatibility readings) you know that person and are using the reading only for your own personal reflection about the relationship. Where you enter a child's birth data(Little One), you confirm you are that child's parent or legal guardian. Readings about another person are shown only to you; see our Privacy Notice.

5. Acceptable use

You may not use the Site or Products to screen, assess, or make decisions about other people (including employment or hiring decisions); resell, republish, or redistribute reports; abuse, probe, or disrupt the service; or violate any law. Reports are licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use.

6. Accounts

Sign-in is passwordless (email link or code). You're responsible for the security of your email account. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

7. Intellectual property

The Site, its design, computation engine, and report templates are our property. Your generated report is yours to keep and use personally; the underlying frameworks are traditional systems that belong to no one.

8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Site and Products are provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties and are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the Site or Products; our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the Product concerned. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under mandatory consumer law in your country.
