Name numerology calculator — what your name carries
Expression, Soul Urge & Personality from your full name — plus the date-derived core, all six numbers in one pass. Computed, not guessed.
↑ the name-derived trio: a 7 Expression (the analyst's register), a 5 Soul Urge (a want for freedom), and an 11 Personality — a master number, kept unreduced. The date adds Life Path 11, Birth Day 8, and Maturity 9.
- Expression (all letters) — the name's total — read as the toolkit you work with: how your abilities most naturally take shape.
- Soul Urge (the vowels) — the inner want — what quietly needs to be true for a life to feel like yours.
- Personality (the consonants) — the outer surface — the first impression your name projects before you say a word.
- Cornerstone (the first letter) — a small flavor note: how you tend to meet beginnings.
Only after the date-derived side? The Life Path calculator computes that single number with its derivation shown.
A name is one of the few inputs you get to choose. Parents use this calculator to compare candidate spellings — then the Little One readingweaves the chosen name's numbers with the birth chart into a keepsake portrait of who just arrived.
Which name should I enter?
The full name on your birth certificate — that's the classical basis for the Expression number. Middle names included, exactly as registered. Accents are fine; the calculator normalizes them (José reads as JOSE).
What if I've changed my name or use a married name?
Tradition reads the birth name as the base blueprint and a used name as an overlay you've adopted. Run both — the interesting part is usually the difference between them. The calculator is free and instant, so comparing costs nothing.
Is Y a vowel or a consonant here?
A consonant, consistently — that's the convention this engine documents and applies to the Soul Urge (vowels) and Personality (consonants) split. Calculators disagree on Y, which is why two sites can give different Soul Urge numbers for the same name. Ours states its rule and never wavers from it.
Can I use this as a baby name numerology calculator?
Yes — enter a candidate name with the due date (or birth date) to see the numbers it would carry, and compare spellings: Elena and Alena reduce differently. For a full picture of a new arrival — name numbers woven with their BaZi chart and Destiny Matrix — that's the Little One reading.
Why does it ask for a birth date too?
Because half the core set is date-derived: Life Path, Birth Day, and Maturity (which blends your path with your Expression). Name alone gives you three numbers; name plus date gives you the complete six-number core in one pass.
Is my name stored?
The free result computes instantly and doesn't require an account. Your name and date are used to compute the numbers, and that's it — never sold, never shared.
